BOARD OF DIRECTORS
RCCCS is managed by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors that oversees the Operations Manager, sets fees, shapes policies, manages budgets, organizes fundraising efforts, and utilizes the diverse expertise of volunteers to enhance our programming. The Board convenes monthly, either online or at the centre, and consists of three to nine volunteer members, including a Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary.
Our Board members come from a variety of backgrounds and possess a wealth of experience. While many are parents of children enrolled in our programs, this is not a requirement for membership. Board members are elected annually at the RCCCS Annual General Meeting held in October and can serve terms ranging from one to six years.
